Are ITM about to team with Proton Energy ?

Heres the logic
Tom Sullivan is the chairman and founder of Lumber Liquidations Inc

He promotes his business through Roush Inc by sponsoring a racing car in the Roush Fenway Racing Stable
So what you might ask?
Well
Like all business activities there are often wheels within wheels
For example
Roush Fenway Racing are linked to Roush Inc
Roush Inc are linked to Roush Technologies in England
Roush Technologies are linked to ITM Power
ITM Power have developed a low cost Electrolyzer and are seeking market opportunities in the US
Proton Energy have a series of high cost unreliable Electrolyzers which cant be made profitable so PE are losing money hand over fist

In June 2008 the ITM Power CEO was quoted in Design News as saying

"The membrane is the most expensive component in an electrolyser,” says Heathcote. Now that ITM has built an electrolyser to demonstrate its membrane technology, it’s ready to license its patented membrane technology to electrolyser makers such as Proton Energy Systems or GE here or Norsk Hydro in Norway.
mmmmm..
Then
In Aug 2008
Distributed Energy Systems who own Proton Energy sold PE to Tom Sullivan of Lumber Liquidations Inc

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
what does all this mean ?
Could it be that..
mmm….. Tom Sullivan with his Roush connections spotted an opportunity to exploit PE`s marketing strength by adding an ITM Power Electrolyzer to the PE product range ?
……..then
Agreed a secret deal with ITM having been introduced by Roush
……..then
Bought PE and their US distribution network for high cost unreliable electrolyzers
With a view to
Selling ITM`s low cost reliable electrolyzers

At a much higher margin of course

mmm………..hope so
