saw it on houston news channel last may. the city has developed an evacuation plan that includes moblie diesel fueling vehicles.
traffic jams were so bad last evacuation. trucks and vehicles running out fuel was a major problem. Also when the electrical power goes out, so do the fueling stations. imo, This is good play that may be getting overlooked by a lot of traders.
