IMVS Announces Approval of Proxy Proposal
DALLAS, TX, Aug 26, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Implantable Vision, Inc (OTCBB: IMVS), an independent oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that at its Special Meeting of Shareholders reconvened yesterday, August 25, 2008, proposal #1, #2 and #3 to amend the Company's articles of incorporation, was approved by a majority of the votes cast by the holders of its common shares and a majority of the votes cast by the Preferred Shares. As previously announced, effective immediately, the company change its name to ARCLAND ENERGY CORPORATION; in the next few days the company will announce a new Stock Ticker Symbol to reflect the New Corporate name.
