I dont really get it, they are telling me that my position is non transferable. Cause transfer agent services have not been avail for 6 years. Its telling me they are taking the action pursuant to a securitues and exchange commision approved program that permits our custodian for the securities to no longer maintain the physical certs representing the position.
This is bs how is a transfer agent not avail if i bought the damn stock last summer.
