I don't have any good news today. Called the T/A O/S is at 1,094,25,000 Jared pulled 100 million out. I called Brian and asked about the $700,000 loan. He said it was not a loan from a bank, it is a line of credit with a person. It seems that the full extra 1 billion shares will be dumped before the line of credit is used. Sorry folks.
