Being the eternal optimist, I have been suspicious of big names coming on board penny stocks below is a prime example, IMO:

Alexander Haig, a man one would thing has impeccable credentials, right????

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Haig

now, Google his name and SVMI, a very shady penny stock that crashed and burned......(also, the chart is typical P&D profile, with several pumps, each of lesser effect until flat-line)

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=svmi+alexander+haig&btnG=Search

(somewhere in there is the infamous-infomercial he made with the SVMI scamsters)

from what I understand, General Haig endorsed several penny stocks in similar manners.....now, why would a guy like that take a chance on tarnishing his reputation with such an association????.....he was once Secretary of State, Chief of Staff, etc....pretty high up the ladder, and I would think set for life.....yet he gets in a penny stock deal????

what is next, ex-presidents associated with penny stocks????...nothing would surprise me anymore....

PS: Haig was also on an "advisory board"....hmmmmm, how uncanny......
