Here is a question and I think cm3i gave his answser a couple of days ago but with the preliminary PREM-14C being filed on 18 August and the revised 14C filed on 25 August, when will we see the actual changes?
When will the additional shares and the new name Cephas Holding Corp be official?
Is it on or around the middle of September as cm3i mentioned earlier? TIA
