At current level of O/S (175,000,000) this would mean a capitalisation of $ 175,000,000.00.

Assuming a multiple of 7, as quoted by Shane Rodgers (whoever he is) as reasonnable in his recent interview, Veltx would have to generate a net profit of $ 25,000,000 or so or 14 cents/share (15 times what they did in 2003).

That is very unlikely before many years if everything goes right and what we saw up to now is to be confirmed by credibly and reported audited financials.

Personally, notwithstanding this critical "IF", I look forward (in my optimistic moments) to a verifyable profit of + or - $ 2,500,000 in 2004 therefor a PPS of + or - $ 0.10.

However, speculation could boost this justifyable PPS to 15 to 20 cents per share for a while.

Whenever this range (10 to 20 cents per share) is reached, I assume we will live thru a R/S creating a PPS allowing us to move to a real market (AMEX ???)

This being said, CREDIBILITY remains THE issue and can be acquired IF:

- Fully audited financials are released and regularly reported to SEC,

- Large customers are identified, demonstrating acceptance of our products (quality, prices, ...).

For the moment, Veltex is very speculative and IF everything goes a dreamed herein, we should see a 10 cents PPS sometime in first half 2005.

Till then, keep your fingers crossed.

Patiently,

Roger
