MYIQ INFO Just out./EduLink, Inc. Announces Agreement with The Kriegsman Group

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(OTCBB NEWS NETWORK)--March 28, 2002. EduLink, Inc. (MYIQ: .009) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with The Kriegsman Group, an institutional division of Financial West Group, to render advice and assistance with respect to raising equity capital, financial consulting, planning, structuring, and business strategy.

The Kriegsman Group will assist EduLink in its efforts to secure additional financing required to implement its business plan, and simultaneously help to identify and secure new senior management personnel. Current Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Michael Rosenfeld, will step down as CEO once a new CEO has been retained
Michael Rosenfeld, CEO of EduLink, states: "I have always maintained that once we had actually developed the learning content management system envisioned, we would be in the position to take the company to a much higher level by raising additional capital and securing an experienced management team. I believe that we now have taken the right steps to position EduLink for a move to that next level"

A look at a chart shows MYIQ has recently bounced off a low. MYIQ as of 12:50 EST is plus .002 (+30%) on volume of 3,487,900 shares.
