I don't, but I do know the stock came down from $0.40 to $.01 and has struggled to recover while newly converted common shares have been sold.

"stick to the FACTS" - There are a lot more shares in the OS than there were and the co is increasing the authorised so that at least another 140 million shares can be converted relating to the debenture financing.

The company is doing well based on revenue increases and respect for any small oil and gas co going after production in the US. We disagree about the short term picture for the stock obviously.
