I believe that the whole Javelin connection will still be investigated by the SEC.
The court-ordered debt settlements done with Sequoia and the Shane Traveller connection will be the subject of scrutiny by the SEC.
Aero is not out of the woods on this yet.

And Hunsaker effectively drove the getaway car.
