Phillymike...I got a hold of Paul and asked about the financials. Spooz has worked out their networking issues and as of last Wednesday, Spooz's financials were in the hands of their accountants...and Paul is anticipating the financials will be available this week...similar to 141 Capital's goal of on or before Aug. 29, 2008. So unless there is a further delay with the accountants, we should see the financials posted this week??
