What does OneFi have to gain by NOT disclosing/responding to your questions about the revenue pass thru?

You mentioned the Chet knew nothing about RDWG when you talked with him, if this were true, why would Mr. White not just tell you that RDWG will not be receiving any pass thru revenue?
