Anyone have $320,000 handy? Just wondering because that is what it would cost to buy up the entire Float at $8 per share when this begins trading later this week. The O/S share count will be 140,000 and the float will be 40,000. That's right, 40 THOUSAND. Interesting?

I certainly am not jumping for joy either, finding out about a R/S the way we did, with no company guidance before the filing; but I have been wondering why such a dramatic R/S? Doesn't seem necessary and COUNTERproductive if the purpose is to begin immediate dilution. Does anyone see what I mean? In other words, as FBS and others pointed out, why not keep diluting with the current share structure, at least until the authorized was maxed. THEN, R/S and keep it going with phoney baloney PRs. That is the "normal" modus operandi for these Pinks.

But on top of that, as I think about it, I also wondered why if they were going to R/S they would do such a DRAMATIC R/S? The point being, if they are to begin diluting right away, they would want an O/S and Float at least 10x--20x higher than this. Otherwise, who the heck would be buying the dilution? I dunno, just my thought for the day. We'll soon see.
