They have a bid and ask .0003 x .0004 They sell a bunch at .0004 on the ask then they raise it to .0004 x .0005 then someone sells at .0004 to match the buys.. Then the drop the bid and ask again to .0003 x .0004 and repeat the pattern all over again..
