The market reacts to facts and this PR was yet another delay or this thing would be flying. I read the PR and the most famous word in penny land was used >>> "should" ... These words do not instill confidence BUT I think we are getting close to solid #ers being PRed. Until then these PRs are still worded like any other penny stock out there.
