Actually, a lot of people had a say in this. From the beginning, after the halt, NO ONE should have blindly followed the lying bastard. NO ONE should have stroked his ego. NO ONE should have indulged him on his secret boards. In one unanimous voice, everyone should have responded to anything Rufus posted with a big "Put up or shut up." Make the bastard either come through or dissappear.

He's playing you guys on the secret board. Some on the secret board are playing you guys the other way. IMO, Rufus is hoping that time runs out for anyone to come after him with a separate lawsuit. He's probably safe though. Who wants to put more money in this when you know Rufus hasn't the funds... errrr... anywhere a U.S. lawsuit can get to anyway.
