What assets, Dufus already claimed there are no assets, that is the reason he lied on the finanicals. He also stated it when the auditor was brought in to the suit as well. He claimed he never followed through to verify if he did he would have seen no assets existed.

Wake up roheex and see that dufus has his pants over your eyes and see the light.
