Boomer and Flsunchaser are only trying to make Dr. Ben and his crew (CEF staff) scapegoats for H3's BOD failures. That is sad. To date CEF still owns the 9 million shares, they never sold a share which is exposes your prejudice against them. Check with Colonial Transfer and they will confirm to you as they did for me that the CEF group has not sold any of those 9 million shares, IMO.
