That's the why I read it. My records show Bouse is Nov 7, 2005 @ 28820 per million of GWGO shares and Copper is Dec 2, 2005 @ 19000 per million of GWGO shares.
28820 x .76 = $ 21,903 per Million
19000 x .25 = $ 4,750 per Million

I hope it's in cash but suspect it will be in shares of new gold company. The PR doesn't say how it will be paid. JMO
