Clawmann who exactly is paying for the review by independent professionals with respect to a colorable cause of action worth pursuing further? Are these associates of your and has a review been officiated? Also, is this review in relation to a possible 'derivative suit' that you and/or others may/may not seek to bring against former NeoMedia corporate officers? If so, what is the time frame and next sequence of events?
