Yes I know about that but I dont see this like a big problem more like something delayed for some reason .
Like some one explained some days ago on this board this is nothing expensive to pay .
Its just documents filled too late .

Possible the CEO need to come in the usa to sign something and can not come now for exemple .

But I agree to say this is stupid from them to forget to fill something so basic and scare investors with this .
