The timing of this whole deal is interesting to me.

Travis (RDWG) and OneFi have this all mapped out. I am confident that their business plan is to get all of the details worked out in 08.

- RDWG raising the cash (Starting in July)
- RDWG buying a % of OneFi (10% by Sept. 1)
- RDWG merging with OneFi (soon?)
- New ticker? (By end of the year or sooner?)

They want all of this taken care of by the end of the year. This is all for a breakout in 2009! Contract, Networks and Revenue... It's all about 2009. 2008 is just building the framework.

Hold Tight. I would not sell at the first sign of a move. Sell on the first move and make a little, wait it out and make alot. IMO
