That would explain it. A 1:1000 or 1:10,000 R/S before any record dates (not yet posted). Actually, if someone were to look back at O/S in 2005 record date for the divy they never paid and compare it to the 27B O/S now, that may well be R/S factor.

Even if you did all of that, it still seems awfully good to be true.
