Wall true but we see that on every one good or bad. Its still about timing buys and sells. The thing here is the play is based on sale of solid company Baron around 26 years and great big name client list/contracts Mets, Takk etc. Its not hard to see why buyer wants them. The other thing different here is the cash div and fact Galo paid a stock div last year. Shows when he says paying div he does. I think deal is going to get done just like it did when they bought Baron. If buyer was going to say no they would have by now. They want Baron so bad even willing to work out higher price. Its not been a long time to do this deal as it took 4 months last time and 90 days is a normal time frame. Without cash div this be more of a crap shoot on price but div tells you what you make without selling any shares.
