Who is Travis Grimmett and What is RDWG?...
A report by The Tiger

... I certainly don’t know, but I hope that this information will help to bring us closer to understanding him, his company, and their relationship with OneFi Technology.

In an effort of finding more out about Travis (CEO of RWDG) and his background, I came across the following information. I am posting it for several reasons. First I believe that it will help to give Travis some credibility, and second possibly open up some new opportunities for deeper discovery into Travis and RDWG. I am hoping that this, along with all the other great DD on this board, will help give investors confidence in what the coming weeks and months will confirm.

Many current and potential investors have a problem with the fact that Travis does not have a website for RDWG and has a terrible email address of bbqisland1@cox.net. Although I do believe that this is irresponsible of Travis because it will always allow people to cry “scam”, ultimately it does not matter and Travis knows it.

No one here has ever had a problem with OneFi, believe that OneFi has huge upside and that they are a viable and credible company. Consequently a ton of people have a problem with RoadWings and believe that it is a scam. One question… Why would OneFi allow Roadwings to be “the exclusive funding partner of OneFi technology”, if OneFi did not have huge confidence that Travis and RDWG was credible and could deliver?

Here is what I found 17 pages deep into a Yahoo search for Travis Grimmett:

TRAVIS GRIMMETT (SIRRON INVESTMENTS V), (Zip code: 92211) $250 to STEVE CLUTE FOR CONGRESS on 07/12/94

On behalf of Sirron Investments Travis donated $250 to a political campaign. This is the only connection that I could find between Travis and Sirron Investments, but enough for me to dig deeper.

What is Sirron Investments? How is Travis connected? And is it the same Travis? I am not sure how Travis is connected (owner, principle, etc.), but I am absolutely convinced that it is the same Travis. I am not sure what Sirron Investments (SI) was or is other than an investment company or group, but I did find activity involving Sirron Investments and Compass Plastics and Technologies, Inc. back in the mid 90’s.

Here is a link to the full report which you can read if you like, but I will give you a summary of this company and how SI was involved.

http://sec.edgar-online.com/1998/01/26/00/0000950116-98-000128/Section30.asp

Compass Plastics & Technologies, Inc. (formerly AB Plastics Holding Corporation) ("Compass") was formed on May 30, 1996 for the purpose of acquiring the stock of AB Plastics Corporation ("AB Plastics"). The acquisition was accounted for as a purchase effective September 27, 1996. Compass did not have any activities during the period from May 30, 1996 to September 27, 1996. All financial statements for periods subsequent to September 27, 1996, the date the acquisition was consummated, will include the accounts of Compass and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AB Plastics. The Predecessor refers to AB Plastics prior to the consummation of the acquisition.

So, basically, there was a holding company (a shell just like Roadwings) created for the purpose of AB Plastics, a private company (just like OneFi), to become public.

So how does Sirron Investments (SI) fit into this deal?

• May of 1996 - Compass Plastics and Technology was formed

• September of 1996 - SI loaned $4,000,000 to Compass and AB Plastics.

• August 21st of 1997 - Sirron Investments exercised its warrant to purchase 800,000 shares for $2,000. A value of only .0025 per share! (In consideration of making the loan, the Lender was granted the right the “Warrant” to purchase up to 800,000 shares for a price of $2,000)

• September of 1997 - Compass Plastics and Technology completed an IPO

• September of 1997 - Compass repaid the note to SI with an outstanding balance of $4,000,000 from the proceeds from its IPO.

• September 29th of 1997 - Compass Plastics and Technology (CPTI) hit a high of $10.00 per share.

In one year, Sirron Investments loaned and was repaid $4,000,000. SI purchased 800,000 for $2,000 and probably sold those shares for 6-8 million dollars! I think that Sirron and Travis did very well in this deal.

This deal between SI and Compass is interesting to me on many levels, but most importantly it tells me that Travis knows what he is doing and has history in the stock market. In the above situation Travis was a small part of this big deal that transpired. I think that Travis has learned from this deal (and who knows how many others), and is now primed for a big payday.

Here is what I think is happening:

• OneFi has amazing technology. Like all technology, timing is critical. OneFi needed cash to expand before their technology was implemented by someone else. They need to go public, but they don’t have the time it takes.

• Somewhere along the way, Travis entered into the picture. He convinces them that he can deliver the cash that they need (based on his past), and can provide a shell company that OneFi can go public through (RDWG).

• For the past 5 weeks Travis has been selling a ton of shares and has brought the PPS of RDWG from .05 to .0007. He did this without regard to shareholders, because he needed cash to deliver to OneFi in a short amount of time.

• What’s next? Merger?

If you believe that OneFi is going to be the next big thing, then don’t sell your shares in RDWG. Something is going to happen and for those who stick it out, a ton of cash could be at the other end.

As always this is my opinion. I currently own a significant quantity of shares and am not selling anytime soon. I am willing to wait until this thing starts to move, and when it does, it’s going to be fast.
