UWNK is rapidly running low on cash. What are the companies options for raising capital? Will they do another Reverse Split and then a public or private offering or placement?
How about just a private or public offering they have a lot of shares authorized and uncommited. Will insiders lend the company cash like they did before...they were all paid back in full right after the RS and Share Offering.

Will an outside party make an equity investment in the company? With 2 restaurants open and a 3rd soon to follow UWKI's cash on hand will not last long. I think the revenue numbers from the first Uwink have been very good...so they had a slow down this last quarter..that is business...I also do not doubt the new location will produce even better gross revenue numbers...but the company is almost out of capital and they are in a capital intnese business.

Raw how and where are they going to raise money? Will shareholders take it on the chin again?
