This is a great flipper but you know the old saying, If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is. Mark this post!!!! I also say mark over achievers post as he summed up alot of IMPORTANT info and many hours of due dilligance in just a few words, The most informative post to date on this board. Of course all of this is jmho. I just hate to see a bunch more good people get burned again by a bunch of lies and false hope as these pennies are overflowing with this crap. These guys have a past history, Just do some research on the info that over achiever just presented to us. Good luck to us all as we are here for the same reason, To make money.
