One Step Ahead

I am a Canadian who lives in Montreal and I have a summer cottage in Vermont.
I follow U.S. politics as much as our own Canadian.
I can honestly say that myself along with probably 85% of other Canadians born and raised in Canada felt very humiliated when our then prime minister Chretien stood against Bush on Iraq.
But, like in your country to a certain extent, our politicians seem to give in to all the special interest do-gooder groups, and if we don't watch it we could be at the mercy of these incoming refugees who claim U.S. or Canadian asylum due to possible persecution in their countries and then turn around and try to disrupt our way of life as we have known it for years.
This may sound racist but I believe it is more reality. I definitely think you guys are better off with George W.
