Jonesie - Since I never had the time to participate in the CCs, and never placed much confidence enough in them to go back and listen to them after the calls, I have no idea who you may be inferring as the source of alleged 5 minute commentaries to management.

Regarding the 10 year old research on CC, other hedge funds, preferred financing, SEC reviews, etc, I am sure you have crossed the path of some of the same research several times in all of you investigations of CC. I shared all the research information I accumulated over a period of time to the board, and subsequently dumped it. I cleaned up my computer and dumped all unnecessary junk and sites. Suggest you try a search - SEC reviews, investigations, Cornell. It is out there. I am confident you will find it.

As far as ,my continued lingering question/concern regarding the issues of 4.99%, 5%, 10%, the affiliate association vs 4.99% control/share ownership, and the BOD allocating excessive voting rights to Cornell, I presented a computation, Claw corrected it to the the IHub board, and subsequently, he has raised some issues regarding the legalities of the excess voting rights extended to Cornell, in voting in the 5 bil. addl.

I voted down the BOD and the 5 bil. addl., same as many others.

Still think you ought to put AR and a photo on your Cornell tracking chart. "The Agent", sucks in the deals, as you probably know by now, is more important, than all of the YA BOD (in fact, I think AR sat on the board of both Cornell and NEOM, sometime in the past - conflict of interest issues, even if he was only an agent, and not on the board of Cornell - not generally a substantial legal issue, unless he substantially benefits, and he did, or NEOM fails due to fraud).
