ADDAX is under immense pressure to get the ROO and as such, the recent run-up in share price likely happened due to someone knowing or hearing about the likelihood of a successful ROO deal. ADDAX in their past news release had mentioned that they were actively searching for ROO. So it is highly likely that they were successful.
