This makes no sense:

These things get taken completely out of context. Obama wears expensive suits and is criticized for not sticking a flag pin in the lapel. I don't blame him. I wouldn't either.

Does that mean he's broke? Arrogant? Anti-American? Or that other Presidents that did stick a flag pin through wore cheap suits?

I'd be interested in knowing if citizens of other countries refuse to honor their home flags for political reasons. I know it has to happen but does it happen to the degree it happens in the U.S.? I'm referring to Obama not saluting rather than wearing a pin.
