That Dr. Chen who served

this company for 9 years was encouraged to resign two weeks before everyone else who also had a employment contract stepped up one last time to the shareholder's money trough and stuck their snouts in I believe is the strongest indication has to the moral fiber and character of this company and its former officers.

For if Dr. Chen had stayed Skolnick and Taylor would have had to share some of their severance.
