Claw - I have harped on that issue a few times myself, and I requested that Jonesie (when Jonesie stated that YA was short selling NEOM stock), present a question in the CC, as to the reason YA was not legally forced to be classified as an affiliate in lieu of a 4.99% owner - I don't believe an affiliate can short sell with a 10% ownership. That was the purpose of the question in the CC. Maybe someone can ask the question in the next CC.

Perhaps YA may be feeling the heat and may desire to consider selling.

Never could get anyone to ask that question in the previous CCs. I have never been available to listen/participate in the CCs.

Check the old SEC investigations of Cornell in prior years, in which this issue was the primary issue of those SEC reviews - that, plus alleged intent of delibertly conspiring to achieve onwnership of specific small companies.
