Mr Santini claimed in the last PR that the T/A numbers will reflect the shares purchased during the buyback this week.

IMO The A/S can not be changed with Wyoming SOS until the T/A reports a number less than 35 Billion. Even though the BOD may have authorized the CEO to have the A/S reduced.

Wouldn't the SEC question a company whose official A/S was lower than the O/S reported by their transfer agent?
