OK, interesting. I'll bite.
A few interesting things. I have had some good correspondence with the company and including Raley over the past month+. Responds without hesitation. Over the past few days, my calls and e-mails highlighting the past three months, including times, trades, & MM's involved, to the SEC,have been let's say "received." And a "thank you very much." from "someone" at UVSE.
Here is where is gets a little Boiler Roomish. Maybe not the best analogy.
You send in to the SEC. I send in & speak with them. We both chart out everything to Raley.
But here in lies the rub, why should they stop? I have asked endlessly, but no one can come up with an answer. Because, just good news and wonderful PR's won't do it. If people can NSS, then it is a never ending up hill climb that will never let you get higher no matter how fast you climb. So why ever stop.
Here is my theory which is in line with what you are saying, but a little more drawn out. Talking out loud, and a bit winded. But, here it goes...
NSS = makes money till it goes to 0
SS = makes money as it goes down
MM = makes money on the trades themselves and not the PPS
So, let's say it isn't the MM's, cause what they do scares the ape out of people which in turns lowers volume which then in turn is counterproductive to how they make their money.
No volume = no trades = no $
NSS = will make their money till they drive it out of business, then on to the next one. If that is the case, !!!NOTHING!!! will or can save UVSE, us or the PPS from 0. IT IS THAT SIMPLE. If they make their most money on NSS, and all that does is drive it into its grave then we are done. Full stop
SS = almost the same, but a little differnt , in the fact that they make money driving the PPS down. They cash out and do it all over again. They need the MOMO. They will keep coming back to the trough until there is no more ##it to eat. Odd - the Short Interest list was much lower as of late.
But, if NSS and SS work together, wha la, they create "SWEET BUYING" opportunities over and over, which brings in just enough MOMO.
And who make money hand over fist, the MM's.
Beacuse, what they did in about 30 mins shows they could drive this sub penny in a hearbeat. If they do, the CD holders will dump and UVSE is out of business and his board goes away.
It seems that Raley is a smart guy. He has said that he is not worried about the PPS because it will be taken care of with positive results. After the "thank you" the other day, maybe they are starting to protect themselves. It may not be the stock that is going away. Could be a few people???
I have said this before, I am in this till the very earliest Feb. 09 or til it goes to 0.
Maybe a little long, but I have discussed this ad nauseum on and off this board and there hasn't been one logical response on why it isn't the MM's. I guess time will tell. I must say this is an interesting one.
