In an effort to help shed light to bring further clarity to our shareholders-

Shares were converted from VMDG to Perihelion on a 1:1 basis. ALL - I repeat - ALL NASD licensed brokerage firms were notified in advance by NASDAQ and other regulatory agencies. Perihelion Global is unable to control what any particular brokerage firm does with respect to compliance with securities regulations. I apologize if any of you are having difficulties with your brokerage firms, however it is completely out of our control.

All brokerage firms had been notified in advance of the merger, new CUSIP #, new trading symbol, total outstanding shares and the total free trading shares by the appropriate regulatory agencies, as this is standard industry wide formal procedure. All brokerage firms know this. They also know that if they have any questions, they can also contact the stock transfer agent at anytime for further confirmation or clarifications as well.

Perihelion Global cannot force any brokerage firm into regulatory compliance, although we are taking full note of your emails and concerns.
