You seen a former voic consultant Mark Baum's shell company pngx.ob has now reversed merged into the LP subsidiary of another favorite Danny Alvis stock, ebof. What are the odds of baum and danny being in both of these situations? Pretty long odds I would think. Hey bloodhound, read the pngx after hours 8-k with the convertible notes and rachet and anti dilution provisions. The only thing better would be if Staats had given it a cool name to the financing like in the good old days. They pumped that one so they could short it so they'll eventually get to cover with the convertible shares. And the SEC lets it go on and on and on. I even , knowing this would happen again. Never heard a single word. Figures.
