Thank you so much for your very detailed answer. This is a local bank which has kept it's nose clean as far as the mortgage debacle. We have owned it for a very long time and have a large # of shares so it's direction up or down is naturally a concern for us.

I love technical analysis and want to learn much more than I know now.
