It's all unadultered BS pump from Santini the liar. After a month of pumping the BS "Goldco" deal as a done deal, now he is trying to delay the dividend announcement he would have had to have made by the end of the month on what was promised to be an OTCBB company by saying someone else has come along with a higher offer. Now we have a new suitor. lol

What a load of garbage. It reminds me of the same games he played with the bogus HGLC buyout which never happened after a month of pump.

When are people going to learn that these people are long time serial penny stock scammers who are trying to con them out of their money?
