Hat Trick Beverage (HKBV)

When I thought this company was finished with its acquisitions, there is a new one. Seems like HKBV is "hyper", I mean like "steriods". Its good they are active, but I hope they know what they are doing. They have issued stock and cash before to acquire other companies. They are now looking into other sources of financing. That means debt.

They better know what they are getting themselves into because the PR says, vendmax has had declining sales. I sure hope HKBV finds out why.
