You're on the right track Briboy. The MMs are trying to drift it lower to steal some quick cash from the weak-kneed and then load up before the news run. Look at the small sales they use to take it down. Who in their right mind would buy $1.10 worth of stock unless they were trying to confuse buyers who don't have access to Level II. There is definitely no dilution going on here... just plain old MM manipulation. Flip it if you must, but be sure to stay long with some, because when it runs, it could be quick.
