EB119, There are 2 plays here. Stock dividends and Cash Dividend.

The pr today suggests stock dividend imo. It was not referrencing selling their Hunt Gold position and paying a cash dividend to their stockholders. The pr today was referrencing the sale of claims to Goldco or someone else which will entitle us to a stock dividend moving forward into Santinis financial company. JMO.
