Goodlife and tall I understand your feelings in this matter. I understand there is allot going on. You see a lot of positive things that is fine and a lot see other wise.

I was on the other side of the fence at one time until it became so clear what is going on.

The fact of the matter is who ever you are the real thing is one you by responding back keep shooting holes in PNMS.

See when there is one supporter who says that BLOG said maybe R/S then another supporter says that there is an R/S coming that hurts you. Plus this blog thing is also a killer they put in a blog a PR they can be held to it.

When the company comes up with some real way over the top stuff it is they that keep causing shots to be fired at it. Ok MT and the scanner the fake financial guy the messed up name issue all those things they done does not help them you can explain one joke about another one but after awhile people start to say what is going on.

Now take those small things and put them up with the OUT RIGHT REFUSAL to have all cash and gold audited by a well known financial group. Things like that are not hard to do and the company should be doing it like NOW to satisfy there investors.

But no all they do is talk about buying shares. They want to buy them at .003 ok that is more then the PPS right now but by there own saying the stock is worth more then .05 if the stock was worth more the buy them back at .05 or better but NO again.

They say .003 ok but then they take your shares that you can only trade on the exchange and sell but yet once you sell them you can not get money out because in there own words they are going to be liquid not that they are. One small issue if you sell me 10,000 dollars worth of pdrs that means I have had cash in the exchange my cash should have gone right over to your account. Kind of like Scott trade I sell stock but they credit my account with money until I say hay send me a check or send it to my checking account no loan not them worrying about my taxes.

If they have all this money then there should be no talk of an R/S. They have been saying for years that they where buying back shares but they have not yet. With a PPS of .0001 a million bucks buys back 1 billion shares if my math is right. Also if my math is right to buy back 5,000,000.00 at .003 it would cost over 1 million not even making a dent into the float. But they give you a PDR that you can sell but not get your money for. With the cash and gold this should be a 5.00 dollar stuck if not a 10.00 dollar stock

You say get in at the .003 before the R/S well which is it no R/S or is there a R/S and if the R/S comes then if the share price does not hold and crashes again all share holders loose there investment.

But you know what if the R/S happens and the PPS crashes again all PDRS loose there investment. If no money comes in from the market then you have nothing also because no one will buy a share of PNMS and people like me will follow this even if they change the name or trading symbol I will never go away unless they pay too. And that will start to go up by the end of the month.

So then you have the land divvy issue etc….. There is so much negative.

Your investment will never amount to nothing as will mine and everyone else. I will keep posting negative things warning about this and all who run this thing and I will follow MT Teresa and Pedro around with every thing they are involved with and post every negative thing about them and what has gone on with PNMS to warn all about what has happen.

Sorry but the unaware must be warned of this. Or buy me out Pedro it will only cost you a small amount of money right now.
