4,000 to 1 would be the best of all worlds; iwant1mil would receive his more than $1.00 per share, on the other hand his 1,000,000 shares would shrink to 250 shares. On the other hand look at all the shares Ray and Brad could peddle, but they'd have to move very fast, before the free fall of the share price begins. Chipwa1
