Actually, as bad as UPDV may need a CFO, I'd rather them file a little late from time to time than to put another $250K salaried employee on payroll. I owned a business in the past and always looked at what something cost me from a revenue standpoint. For example, if I was netting 8% on the bottom line, to net an additional $250,000 I would need to increase revenues by $3,125,000. Sometimes increasing revenues isn't that easy. Much easier said than done.
