Possibly but what i want to know is why are they using the old companies name at the convention and not the new one. hopefully it is only the registration and something had to be filled out before the agreements to change the name. It makes no sense if this was intentional because would you not want free PR ? and what is the deal with the following quote.

What about North American Holdings have they given up or is there a deal to sell the holdings? why not mention the properties or just mention North America. in the PR which was clearly absent.
