Sorry but I dont buy into that theory that the increase in AS was needed to satisfy a TOU with the loan company.

a billion shares @.0001-.0005 would only gurantee 100-500k to the lender.

If that was the case, Jared would have emphasized this in the letter to shareholders. But instead He stated:

"The additional capital will be raised as needed, as part of the financing terms I must increase the authorized shares."


some of these newly issue shares will hit the market soon.
