With the right combination of events, it can definitely go back up to 5 or 6 cents - possibly higher than that.

Somebody out there sure believes in it. He's been buying steadily for the past few days and he's still at it today. Nobody's going to buy and buy in the hopes of making 15% on a flip. Somebody out there's expecting a big score.
