LYING TOM READY FOR NEW ROUND OF DILUTION!!!!

Well ole LYING TOM thought the pps would be pumped higher before Reverse so he is in a quandry!!! Oooooops, you mean nobody will buy the diluted shares he desperately needs to sell??? I wouldn't be surprised if he changed the 5 for 1 split to something much worse!! He needs room to continue ripping off the shareholders!!!

TOM HAS BEEN LYING SINCE DAY ONE!!!!!

TOM BIG LIE #1 – The lawyers missed the fine print when we purchased the SWVC shell.

BULL!!!!!! Has anyone ever worked with a business or corporate law firm? It is their job to read the fine print. If they missed it, WHY isn’t Tom reporting them to the New York Bar Review Board? If they missed the fine print, why isn’t TOM suing them for the $$$$ it has cost the company and shareholder??? It is time to report the law firm to the New York Bar. Here is link:

TOM BIG LIE #2 – DILUTION will end shortly!!

BULL!!!! When LYING TOM made that statement the outstanding shares was around a billion. He then went on to more than double the outstanding shares and max out the A/S!!! Now he has announced an increase of A/S that will (at current ratio) increase the outstanding shares 25X!!!!! That’s 25 folks!!!!!! The pps will not go up until the NEWS IS BETTER THAN THE DILUTION!!!

TOM BIG LIE #3 – I would only have a reverse split to get on better exchange.

BIG BULL!!!! A 5 for 1 reverse split means at todays prices, on the 25th we trade at .0025. For the decimal challenged that’s 25/1000 of a penny. We are NOT a penny stock!!! We are a SUB-penny stock!!!! Last I checked the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ don’t take sub-penny companies on!!!

We have been down down down (for months) even as the trading flip groups and paid pumpers tell us Tom has a secret plan he has yet to tell us about!! LOL LOL LOL The secret plan is this:

BUILD A COMPANY WITH NONE OF MY MONEY AND KEEP 80% AND SCREW THE SUCKERS THAT BELIEVE I TELL THE TRUTH AND HAVE A SECRET PLAN!!! LOL LOL Wake up folks!! The reverse split and massive DILUTION will mean down down down. Get some LUBE becasue we’re going to get it up our you know whats!!!!
